PT Triyasa Propertindo (Triyasa) is a property company with three business pillars: Property Investment, Property Management, and Property Development, where in each of its projects, the Company always committed to provide value-added products and services for a better quality of life to meet customer and stakeholders needs. Triyasa is a subsidiary of PT Mahadana Dasha Utama (MahaDasha), part of PT Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT) which was established in December 2010. Triyasa has several subsidiaries in carrying out its projects: * PT Aruna Kirana (Aruna) is developing an office building project named Gran Rubina Business Park in the Rasuna Epicentrum area, Kuningan, South Jakarta. * PT Madara Swarna (Madara) manages 1.6 hectares of land in the Rasuna Epicentrum area, Kuningan, South Jakarta. * PT Wiyasa Persada (Wiyasa) is developing a housing project named Samira Residence Sentul in Sentul, Bogor, West Java, and Samira Regency Bekasi in Bekasi City, West Java. * PT Pastika Nirmala (Pastika) manages a 1.7 hectare of land that includes a sports facility named Maiin in the Gandaria area, South Jakarta. For more than 13 (thirteen) years of operating in Indonesia, Triyasa is committed to continuously innovating and providing excellent service to customers. With high experience and dedication, Triyasa continues to strive to meet and exceed customer expectations in every project handled.

Restructuring the Property Management Business Model

Earlier this year there was a change in the business model for the "Property Management" line where the revenue from service charges and tenants of The TMT building is now recorded on the owner's side, not on the management side anymore.

Gran Rubina Hand Over Ceremony

Triyasa held a handover ceremony for the Gran Rubina office unit to PT Generali Indonesia, along with the renaming of the building to Generali Tower at Gran Rubina Business Park.

Gran Rubina Won Asia Pacific Property Award 2014

Gran Rubina Business Park , through its architect consultant PDW (PT Pandega Desain Weharima/Planning and Development Workshop), was awarded Asia Pacific Property Award 2014 for the category 'Indonesia Office Architecture’.

Triyasa Propertindo Awards

Gran Rubina Business Park awarded in Property & Bank Award for "The New Icon Green Office Building at CBD Jakarta" category. Gedung TMT won a runner up award for private office park category in South Jakarta Park & Green Environment Competition, organized by The Municipality of South Jakarta. Gedung TMT received an award from The Mayor of South Jakarta as its representative of Healthy Office. With the participation of Gedung TMT, South Jakarta Administration City awarded “Swasti Saba Wistara” (Healthy City 2013) from The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.
