PT Triyasa Propertindo (Triyasa) is a property company that focus on three business pillars: investment, management and development. Every business that Triyasa runs has value added on its products and services by taking account the concept of green, premium and good quality. Triyasa established in 2010 as part of PT Mahadana Dasha Utama (MahaDasha Group) subsidiary, part of PT Tiara Marga Trakindo (TMT Group). Triyasa has several subsidiaries to carry out its projects: PT Aruna Kirana (Aruna) developed an office building project called Gran Rubina Business Park at Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Kuningan, South Jakarta. PT Madara Swarna (Madara) manages the 1.6 hectares landbank at Kawasan Rasuna Epicentrum, Kuningan, South Jakarta. PT Wiyasa Persada (Wiyasa) developed landed residentials project called Samira Residence at Sentul, Bogor, West Java and Samira Regency Bekasi at Bekasi City, West Java. Triyasa focuses on creating new opportunities to support sustainable growth. Triyasa is also committed to continuously increasing value to provide a better life for all the stakeholders and shareholders.

Samira Regency Bekasi won the Highly Commended award for the category of "Best Mid End Housing Development in Greater Jakarta" and "Best Compact Housing Architecture" from the Indonesia Property Award 2021.

Gran Rubina Won Asia Pacific Property Award 2014

Gran Rubina Business Park , through its architect consultant PDW (PT Pandega Desain Weharima/Planning and Development Workshop), was awarded Asia Pacific Property Award 2014 for the category 'Indonesia Office Architecture’.

Triyasa Propertindo Awards

Gran Rubina Business Park awarded in Property & Bank Award for "The New Icon Green Office Building at CBD Jakarta" category. Gedung TMT won a runner up award for private office park category in South Jakarta Park & Green Environment Competition, organized by The Municipality of South Jakarta. Gedung TMT received an award from The Mayor of South Jakarta as its representative of Healthy Office. With the participation of Gedung TMT, South Jakarta Administration City awarded “Swasti Saba Wistara” (Healthy City 2013) from The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia.
